The bill (Reg. No. 7030) sets the legal and organizational principles of the forced scrutiny of regulatory acts adopted by the local self-government bodies and officials as to their conformity to the principles of the state regulatory policy in the branch of economic sector.
Pursuant to the bill, all regulatory acts adopted by the local self-government bodies and officials before the date of enactment of this Law are subject to a forced scrutiny within 90 days. Moreover, every regulatory act adopted by the local self-government bodies and officials is subject to the analysis as to its conformity to the principles of the state regulatory policy.
The bill also presupposes establishment of the working groups in charge of forced scrutiny of regulatory acts within a five-day period.
